I had a disappointing experience with my check-in. I requested an early arrival, but they said I couldn't check in until 2 PM, even though our room was ready. It was frustrating to see it prepared but not being allowed to enter. Additionally, the laundry prices were steep and the drying area limited, which added to my frustration.
